Had the same problem with Don 71 on pipeline bay North Carolina and Voron AE-4380 on by the lake Scandiavia and Freightliner 114SD on Burned forest Ontario.

I am on BR.Columbia and i finished all my tasks, conctracts, and contests for 100% sure. I found all 4 vehicles :

-Tayga
-Western star)
And it is stuck on 98%.
It is really annoying
