Hi Runners! 🚛

Here is the list of changes for the lastest hotfix!

Different improvements:

➡️ Fixed visual effects of dust, tire smoke, mud splatters and water splashes that disappeared after Season 14 update

➡️ Fixed the missing sound of truck moving by water

➡️ Fixed the crash in co-op session when being with the contract's trailer on another map after restarting the 'Ready, Set... Sow!' contract

➡️ Fixed the bug where the 'Fertilizer Trouble' contract of the 'Belozersk Glades' region restarted after each relaunch of the game

➡️ Fixed pavers textures that didn't coincide with borders of the textures on the city area

➡️ Fixed the bug where the player's truck could get stuck in the storage building after completing the 'Warehouse Problems' contract

➡️ Fixed the missing 'Enable radar' button in the 'Functions' menu for Radar addons added with mods

Hey Dev,

this Version does not work on Mac Epic Game Store version 32.1_mac. Immediately after starting the game I got a failure LS-0013

Co op doesn't work since the update. When trying to join a session by code, just get error message connection by code failed

I'm getting the same issue. M1 Max macbook pro. I was only exploring BC last night. this evening I got nothing. I've verified the files. restarted the launcher, restarted the laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. dun't werk...

Same here I play on Nintendo Switch and have not received the update yet. Does anyone know when that will happen? I can still play with other Switch players and that's probably because we are all on the same update number.

we have an absolute game breaking, will not run bug in place for this release... could we get some feedback? we're about to go into the weekend, one where I had planned to play a bit of this game, and I'd rather hoped that there would be a bugfix for this rushed out, but we've not even had any acknowledgement of the bug yet...

disaster this update. impossible to play in co-op, connection by invalid code.I uninstalled the game via Game Pass, hoping to solve the problem, and when i reinstalled it, what a surprise. my save has been deleted.....

This is not how Saber works. Even if they acknowledge the bug, they still won't put out a fix until the next update, which will likely be mid season.

I'm going to put this to you, is this how saber works? I'd rather hoped that a bug that actively stops the game running would ahve been picked up in testing, but now it's in place, what's the priority to fix? I clear have to give up on the game for this weekend, can I expect a fix first thing on Monday?

Another one was the "Way of the water" at Almaty.

And at Taymyr/Quarry the "Oil Rig Restoration" afaik.

for everyone's interest, I did raise a support ticket about this and there's been a few emails back and forward over the weekend. That said I don't think we've got to the heart of the issue yet and I've not had any confirmation that they've replicated the bug and right now, the game on the mac/EGS is not even trying to load.

The support people seems to be getting side tracked on where my save game files are, but that's not the priority for me. priority number 1 is can we get the game running again.

*EDIT* Update, support have just told me:

"We found what's causing this issue (LS-0013) and are working on it right now. We will provide a fix as soon as we can."

so that's good news.

I chased support again on the mac game loading issue and got this:"The team is aware of this issue and is investigating, but there is currently no timeframe. That said, a hotfix is in the works, which may help."
so they know about it and are working on it.. just wish the fix would come along sooner rather than later. it's been more than a week that it's been broken now. I had hoped that a bug that prevented the game from even loading would get a high priority fix, or even a regression..

am I being unreasonable here? it's now been 18 days since patch 32.1 broke the game on the mac.. I don't even know how far.. I know it's broken on my epic games launcher, no idea about steam and the mac app store, though the latter has a recent review complaining about crashing on load. but nevertheless. 18 days and the game won't even load.

all I'm getting from support is "The team is aware of this issue and is investigating, but there is currently no timeframe. That said, a hotfix is in the works, which may help. Apologies for the inconvenience."

why is this still broken? why is it taking so long? why is there no engagement on this issue here, on the dev's own forums where they could talk to us about what has happened and what they are doing about it? what even is the point of these forums if you can't do that?

Bro I think that the developers just don't care about this problem and maybe they will release a fix for this problem in the next update which I don't know when it will be At the moment I rented an account on steam with the game snowrunner, but this is only for a while until they fix the game on epic games, but I think it won't be soon
