Hi, I have a problem with the game on PlayStation 5, it doesn't load the mods, how can I solve it?

try logging out of the mod browser, press triangle to access the "more" menu, scroll down to "log out", then quit game, restart and log back in with code via email.
some of your recent mods may re-install themselves, this is normal and you shouldn't lose any vehicles.

I have already lost all the mods because I uninstalled and then installed the game again, but as soon as I installed it again it no longer loads the mods

that's why you have to log out of the mod browser and back in, deleting the game and re-installing it does not fix the problem (I know I have tried this previously before finding out about the log out/back in remedy).
