Since the new update has dropped, while using controller layout D, you are unable to reload or pick up equipment/ammo crates without switching weapons while doing so.

The reload/interact button for controller layout D is Y

Also while in combat the use ability transfers to the reload/interact and trys to use your ability instead of reloading or cooling plasma

Another issue with controller layout D is when trying to use photomode it is impossible, as the button ( X ) is also used to edit your squad.

You can press X as many times and you like but it just keeps opening and closing the edit squad instead of opening photomode.  Edit squad needs re-mapping on layout D
