While the release of the horde mode is still way off I suspect, my hopes are that it is alot more engaging than the last.

I would love it if it was another deathwatch kill team on the planet that was holding out, keeping the tyranids at bay while the guard retreat or something, to tie into the story.

I would hope it could contain

1.leader boards

2.like operations rank up for classes and weapons.

3.option for unlimited waves, a truly to the last stand.

4.if it was deathwatch certain ammo available for them like they can use in there boltguns.[maybe there could be a currency like operations to allow you to buy them to take into the mission]

5.first born marines!

6.mini objectives which can boost your score e.g defend the relays 

7.boss wave every 5 levels or something.

If anyone has any other ideas please chuck them in.

Pretty much sums up what I'd like to see too, I'm sure they'll do good by this kind of stuff.

If its like the first game only better it will be great, although I do hope ammo is a little more generous <3

Not sure I would like a deathwatch only thing, but I like your suggestions. 

What I hope to see too : 

- bigger maps than the original game. Where you could try to hold your ground in various positions, make retreat and counter attacks. 

- you could try to hold several points on the maps to gain some benefits (ammo replenishment if holding the mechanicum depot for instance).

- possibility to drop and put deployables (tarentulas ?)

- have the impérial guard involved ! Seeing those guys in some maps would be fun and imo would make the game feel "alive" even more. 

- aside from surviving hordes, little objectives to do on the map could be a challenge, and allow the players to get some kind of rewards (,like take a point far away on the map, or a find an hidden relic etc.)

Something like last stand from DoW 2 would be cool. An arena and several waves of enemies with the occasional  boss in there as well.
