I don't get why helmets and pauldrons are interchangeable but not the Twitch drop chest piece. It doesn't make sense why it's only for one class.

Yeah same, I'm disappointed on why that same chest piece can't be used for tactical and Assault as well. Wish they'd at least drop more content for each class if they can't have interchangeable armor.
