​So apparently you still can't customize sniper's cloak color, even though they say you could in the march community update.

Also his prestige item cloak still has the blue shade bug.

They mentioned Bulwark and Hoods.
Every class can have the helmeted version with a hood, which is what I think they meant.

Otherwise, why would they mention Bulwark specifically if it was all cloth across all classes?

Why would they mention every class? Seems to me they could have been more specific and said every helmet instead. This blows.

But they specifically called out Bulwark and then "Hood" when they said "every class".
