We should have truly rewarding challenges in the game, similar to the original Space Marine. Instead of unlocking all armor simply by leveling up your account, we could set more meaningful goals. For example, imagine needing to die 1,000 times to unlock a battle-damaged set, or kill 500 enemies in close combat for a special reward (just like in the first Space Marine). I understand that this might be challenging for Space Marine 2, as each class would need its own unique challenge skins, but it could be truly blessed by the Emperor.
And for PvE, perhaps we could have rewards for killing large numbers of Tyranids, like unlocking a Tyrannic War Veteran set?
For weapons, I think a similar approach would work well—unlocking skins for feats like headshots, multi-kills, or other specific challenges. Ultimately, we should earn these rewards through skill and persistence, not just by winning a certain number of matches or unlocking them automatically
