Power fist buff needed

Hello,


I think that the power fist melee weapon needs a buff in more ways. I saw people already complaining about this numerous times. The problem with the weapon at this time is mainly the following:


- Lack of damage output. This weapon, according to the lore, is meant to be an anti-tank weapon or a very strong melee weapon althogether. The damage in the game is currently underwhelming - simply not enough. Also, the block variant is even weaker than the other options. My suggestion is to significantly increase the damage for this weapon. Block weapon should be the strongest, fencing the quickest and the balance somewhere between.

Suggestion is to raise the damage by 50% for fencing and balance and 75-100% for the Block version (RELIC). I don't know, if there is a mistake with the RELIC block one, because the strenght of the artificer is 13, but the relic is 9? This should be at least 16-18.


- Lack of speed. Weapon is just slow. Here it speakes for itself. The weapon is just too slow - even with the "heavy preparation" perk (30% quicker preparation for heavy attacks). The light combos are also way to slow. An increase would be helpful for sure, so it doesn't feel so clumsy.


- AOE is small for all attacks. Here all the heavy attacks suffer. The ground slam (if used with perk) is just weak and it has nearly no effect & very small AOE. This unique technique should have at least the AOE of the chanisword stomp with +50% perk. The Power waves should also have at least +100% bigger reach. With perk it should have "8 metres" but we all know, that in this game the metres are not real. The in-game reach is maybe more around 2 metres at best. Without the perk it is just non existent. This should be significantly raised here.


Hope this reaches the right eyes and the weapon can have its salvation as it is an iconic and cool one and more and more people are at the moment frustrated with it.

5 months and they didn't fix power first. It's too much incompetence

To be francly accurate here, they had raised the damage of the fully prepared heavy attacks with patch 3.0, than also with 4.0.

But I think that the damage output is still not sufficient - mainly because of the weapon being slow and clumsy. It doesn't have a good flow and you can get slaughtered by the time you prepare a fully charge heavy attack.

At the moment you will highly likely pick only the fencing version, because of the speed (which is still not excelent, but manageable).

AOE for this weapon is just not there. Maybe there is a bug or I don't know, but the ground slam is just weak + the reach of the heavy attacks are also very small.

The Knife has at the moment better usage and is also somehow stronger (block version is very strong).

Hope the fist gets fixed and adjusted, because it is a cool weapon for sure.

All attacks from power fist and hammer should stager enemy's in pve as they are super strong weapons and this would be the same as using the melta gun on a target. Just like the melta enemy's become immune to Stagger after 3 hits so not game braking and if bolters did this to it would help them out to plus wont be op as u can't shot everything
