For a hypothetical chapter pack relating to the black templars
Most chapter packs released now have gone off of a successor chapter sort of progression however the black templars are themselves a successor chapter to the imperial fists and as such wouldn’t be able to work that way. Instead it could be worked where instead of successor chapters it was previous crusades (Armageddon Crusade for example)
As for customization, shoulders are a big concern, using the actual molds from the minis you can see that it’s possible to have some cool embossed shoulders with the Templar sigil placed directly on there, preferably for both the left and right shoulder
Another goo customization option could be candles places on top of the backpack perhaps again the Templar cross sigil similar to how Titus has the ultra marines sigil on the back of his
Then a helmet which could very well just be the Mk 8 with the Templar cross seen being worn by the dead Templar deathwatch member in the first campaign mission.
Beyond this I admit I run out of ideas, I just hope this is enough to show that the templars at least have potential for their own chapter pack even if it’s just a lot of placing their sigil and emblem on things I’m sure other Templar players will still appreciate it since it gives a chance to better and more accurately rep their chapter
