My record is back to zero

​Hi Sir,

There is no error message. Due to my mistake when system ask me renew it and I push OK, my record in this game is back to zero. All $ and trucks are gone. I spend 360+ hours playing this game just back to 0...

This game can creat a new game to play. Why delete old one?
