Given that SnowRunner released as an exclusive on Epic Games originally, it seems odd that there is no loyalty bundle for those customers. It's the Epic Games customers who were the early adopters, so shouldn't they be rewarded with a loyalty bundle discount?

I'm pretty sure there are many SnowRunner owners who only own the game on Epic Games platform, myself included, who would be keen to benefit from a loyalty bundle.

If there are no plans for a loyalty bundle, then perhaps an explanation as to why would be helpful.

I agree with you that the Loyalty Bundle should be found on all stores including console ones. It can only be found on Steam because Valve probably made it and not Focus Entertainment.​

They definitely do discounted game bundles, but I'm not sure if they are able to detect if you already own one of the items in the bundle and reduce the price accordingly. However, they can do discounts for in-game bundles if you own some of the bundle already, so I'm sure they could sort something out for games if they don't do it already.

Considerably disappointing response from Focus. I guess loyalty means nothing to them, and they don't really care that much for their customers.

Looks like I will have to show Focus the same respect they have afforded me. Thanks Focus, your actions speak volumes.

Lets be honest Epic sucks, and SR was only a timed exclusive because Epic pay those big bucks. I own SR on Epic (Every DLC), Steam, Xbox (Every DLC) and Windows PC, MR on Steam (ALL DLC) & Xbox (ALL DLC), Expeditions on Steam (ALL DLC) and SpinTires on Steam.  If we're crying about loyalty bonus, I think I should get RoadCraft for free all the money I've put in to the franchises 😅👍
