Hi there!

I tried the demo today, and it looks fantastic and very promising!

One thing that disappointed me though, is the fact that I cannot seem to get my steering wheel to work with the game.

I have a Moza R5 direct drive steering wheelbase, with SRP Lite pedals and a wheel. Most other games support my wheel just fine, so could you please tell me if I did something wrong?

Or I think it's likely that the function doesn't fully work or is implemented yet, so can I hope for the support of my setup?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Same, I am worried there will be no support for the Moza R5. Previous titles have been notoriously bad when it comes to moza wheels.

I picked up the Moza Racing R5 bundle a few months after Expeditions launched. Initially, I played with my Logitech G29, but after switching to the Moza wheel, Expeditions became unplayable.

In Steam discussions, the devs promised more compatible setups in January 2024—yet here we are, still waiting with no updates.

Given this, I’m skeptical it’ll ever happen for RoadCraft, especially after reading the FAQ on this site, which states the following:

Are steering wheels compatible with RoadCraft?  🛞

We intend to support basic hardware, features at launch. The variety of construction vehicles and their complex controls, makes compatibility a challenge. We will keep working on additional support post-launch!

I asked and got the follwing answer

question:

My MOZA wheel (r5, tsw) was recognised in Snowrunner without any problems and even had its own built-in profile, but not in Roadcraft. Is there a trick or workaround how I can use my MOZA Base? I tried to merge my pedals and the wheel via a virtual joystick, but that wasn't recognised either.

answer from the developer:

It's difficult to give a detailed assessment of your personal situation. But know that Moza Hardware Support is indeed part of our plans.
