Digging and Building capabilities?

I'm curious, will we be able to create something from scratch on this game? Like a sandbox? For example, lets say I wanted to build a motocross track out of dirt in an open field. Would that be possible, are the dirt physics capable of that? Just curious to if it was possible. Also, digging?

Biggest question about the digging is that will there be excavator and can you fill up the truck by collecting the sand with it?

i hope you guys can add loaders and excavators if you guys can do that and if you didn't that in the first place if you were able to that would be a big missed opportunity for this game!
