​After completing a region, there should be a reward similar to completing the demo missions giving access to road construction equipment. In a region that has been completed, a few tools should be unlocked for the player which would include a few decoration tools for sign and barrier placing. Another tool would be a sort of “anarchy” when placing bridges where collision checks can be ignored.
