Please consider to add loaders and excavators. They could be used for removing small hills before road planning, loading the dirt, grabbing logs and loading sand when the dump truck tipps over (or unloaded by mistake). Maybe changable shovels and grabbers?

Some ideas:

Wheeled excavators, like EO 3322 (for the start)

Tracked excavators

Attachment for Kirovets/Kronenwerk

Some big and small wheel loaders, modern and old

tracked loaders

Swing loader like HATRA SL 125

excavator on trucks

skid loader

Long boom excavator if sand got accidentally in a river

I agree, the devs have given up a few features of the older games to focus on the philosophy of ROADCRAFT, to remove a hill or dig a path though it would be great., as currently you have to dump sand to build a up to the height of the hill or obstacle.

and on that note, what about demolishing buildings?

Could really be a thing when ruins are in the way
