If you leave your vehicle lights on and then switch to another vehicle, the lights on the original truck automatically turn off.
This also applies in photo mode. If you toggle the “Truck Lights” option in photo mode to ON it will only apply to the vehicle you are currently using. So if you want to capture a photo of two trucks both with their lights on… well you simply can’t do that unless you play co-op.
