Not sure if it’s a known issue, but the RGB Selector doesn’t appear to work on some mods. From what I can tell, the mod needs to have a Tint Map texture set as the Default paint job, or the RGB feature simply will not work.

You see all the color-changing UI but it doesn’t do anything to the truck.

Most, if not all, of my mods (JohnJohnHotRod mods) have ‘custom paint jobs’ for the default paint job so this feature shows up but doesn't work.

All of my mods have Tint Maps, but they are secondary options since they typically do not look as good. A few other mods I tested also had this issue.

Can this be fixed, or at least disabled on mods that do not have default Tint Map paint jobs to avoid confusion? Thanks

After further investigation with incompatible mods, renaming Tint Maps to the default skin_00 naming scheme does seem to help with compatibility, but that would only work on new mods with a single Tint Map/MaterialOverrideName setup. All existing/older mods not using skin_00 will have issues with the 'RGB feature'.

A lot of my mods (JohnJohnHotRod) have at least 2 styles of Tint Map paint jobs. (Clean Glossy Paint & Worn Patina) and this feature will only work one or the other since there is no way to select which MaterialOverrideName to use.

It also appears that the feature is color-changing everything painted white on the vehicle, regardless of the Red Tint Map.
