Hi,

I am seeing very low GPU usage on the North Carolina map. So my FPS is hanging around low 30s.

I have Intel 12900K, 32 GB DDR4-3200 Mhz ram and RTX 4090.

I feel lucky if I manage to hit 60 fps in 1440p on the highest settings. 

Asus GPU Tweak III shows GPU usage of max 15%.

Can you please advise on how I can improve performance?
