My save keeps partially resetting: cars disappear or duplicate themselves (one copy in garage, another out in the world), quests reset. For example I've just discovered that "Цемент для региона" quest in Michigan is not marked as completed - although I know that I've 100%-ted Michigan, in particular here is a video of me completing that quest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EHXgdIf9nk . Or, in the attached save, only the first Alaska map is open, although I have spent more than 3 hours today exploring them on stream (I can upload recording if necessary).
