I am playing Snowrunner on Epic Games and in Manage/ Launch Options are there commands to get the game to recognize larger RAM and VRAM sizes. I am playing with 24GB of VRAM and 32GB of RAM. There is a similar Launch Option in ATS to manipulate memory pool sizes. I know it is a completely different game but the option is there.
