that's not the reason why the game is "limited for sale", it's because of one countries "special operation", once that is over the publisher Focus may or may not decide to return sales to the countries mentioned, although I did hear a rumour that sales in the same three countries weren't that great anyway so personally I doubt if the current situation will change.

The game was available in these countries during the special operation. Then Ford demanded to remove the brands of their cars because they did not want their brand to be associated with the special operation. Most likely because they received income directly from the sale of the game in these countries under the terms of the license for their brand. And this would have threatened them with sanctions. The developers made concessions and changed the Ford brand in these countries to other cars. After which another brand approached them with the same thing. And after that, the game disappeared from sale.​
