as the title suggests I once had them blocked I unblocked them on Xbox live and have tried everything I can see online to join them including re blocking them and then unblocking and have tried the in game menu but it doesn’t allow me to unblock there and just opens their profile…

- What is the error when trying to join them?
- Have you tried joining them with a crossplay code (doesn't matter if you are both on Xbox)?
- Are they listed in Snow Runner's blocked list (Start Co-op > Select Game Save > Crossplay Blocked List)?

The invite system will send invites to the profiles on the platforms, or the other alternative is to have friend enter in the online code for your game session. I usually choose to start online co-op game, pick my game file first. Then I go and grab the invite from wherever it is, if they sent it to me. This way I have the right game file selected before I connect to their game.
Have you tried opening an official ticket to get assistance with this?
