Offroad recovery trucks & addons

Some recovery trucks and addons would be great. Not the Tatra kind that lifts up the vehicle on wheels, but a recovery crane. Needs to be more specialised for winching and recovering and not for cargo. 

​Some ideas for implementation:

- The crane can also be a separate addon you can put on other trucks

- It needs to be an bit different to the regular crane, more optimized for recovery and less for lifting cargo (range/lifting height)

- The outriggers/anchors need to dig in to the ground for better winching, see the DLC Zikz mod 

- Stronger winch than a normal truck, but only capable for winching trucks and trailers

There are a lot of trucks and cars to recover in Snowrunner, but not a lot of recovery equipment.

Other ideas and additions are welcome
