Currently when you want to select what tires to use on a truck on console you can’t move very fast down the list because every tire preview in the garage takes a second to load. 


Please make it so the tire preview doesn’t load immediately after a player selects a different tire and instead make it load after a small delay. 


The purpose of this change is to let console players scroll down to the offroad tires or mud tires more quickly and efficiently without having to wait for all of the tires before those groups of tires to load the preview one by one as you move down the list.
