Remove the addition zone size on Quests

The mission "Power Line Maintenance in Yukon, Big Salmon peak" has a huge unloading zone out side of the actually drop off point. 
It would be a lot more fun if you had to use a heavy crane to drop a small vehicle off at the top in order to unload the service spare parts.
