Dual hitch for the smallest trucks

It was very strange to me when I first found the Ford F750 that it was a scout but it had to pull the big rig trailers. - Especially because the stock engine struggles to climb a mild incline as it is. One would expect any stock vehicle to be able to effortlessly climb the inclines that can be commonly expected on normal town roads at least.

But I digress... Dual hitches are a thing IRL, so it should be possible to add them at least as a customization option in the garage.
