Why is it possible to pack cargo that is suspended in the air via crane over a truck bed or trailer? Why don’t drivers have to lower the cargo on to a truck bed or trailer ensuring the cargo is not hanging over the edge and disconnect the winch line before the cargo can be packed?

Why is it possible to unload cargo that is suspended in the air via crane over a delivery site? Why don’t drivers have to lower the cargo on to the delivery site ensuring the cargo is not hanging off an edge of the platform and disconnect the winch line before the cargo can be turned in to complete the mission?

Why is it possible to unload cargo that is still resting on the forks of a forklift over a delivery site? Why don’t drivers have to manipulate the forks to carefully place the cargo on to the platform at a delivery site ensuring the cargo is not hanging off an edge before the cargo can be turned in to complete the mission?
