Better upgrades for old scouts, especially the Chevy c/k

Game physics is wonky and many vehicles are very tippy when you raise suspension. I can imagine that suspension like that would make it instantly tip even at slightest incline.

Just some info.

For Pre-1998.5 model year GM, C= 2WD, K=4WD

For Pre-1994 model year Mopar, D=2WD, W=4WD

And yes, I did state 1998.5 Because that's when they changed vehicle name designations and body styles.

Also, at the 1998.5 point Dodge switched from the mechanical 12 valve 6BT to the common rail 24 valve valve 6BT.
