Addressing Wisconsin Log Stations and Yukon Cargo Containers

Back in season 6, loose cargo that could be found around the maps of the year 1 regions were removed. This created a problem with empty log stations in Grainwood River and lying descriptions saying there were containers by the railroad track in Big Salmon Peak which is especially problematic since there aren't any containers in Big Salmon Peak. There could've been loose logs in Amur but theres no evidence suggesting that. The solution would to add manual loading zones where these cargoes used to spawn.
