Small cargo for roof racks (scouts only)

Towing of a trailer can be done by all vehicle classes by hitch or by winch

and in most cases the larger vehicles do it way better then the scout.

The scout class needs his own smaller cargo placed on it's roof.

The cargo pallet is replaced by the roof rack as a base. The roof rack 

cargo can loaded like any normale pallet. This cargo creates more 

missions for the scouts. Cargo examples can be: firewood, parcel delivery, 

food and water, medical supplies, small power generator, a bag of mail.
