This is incredibly true also the Western Star twin steer is an oil field flatbed truck whose primary purpose is to drag heavy loads with incredibly powerful winches I find that vehicle recovery was a great start off concept in the game however it seems to have not been followed up same can be said of the new Kenworth DLC it features on the 990 a unique flatbed which is a articulated recovery platform except for the fact it does not have any controls for it and it is just used as a cargo mover. 

Snowrunner needs to step its game up it's advertisement stated that vehicle recovery would be one of the primary things going on in the game and it's original trailer and it seems to have fallen behind on its list of priorities.

I see it the same way, I hope the Kenworth will get its platform controls sooner or later.
