Give the Azovs the Multipurpose gearbox.

Please make the Azov Atom, 64131 and 73210 compatible with the Kolob Multipurpose gearbox.  I mean, the Azovs are currently slower than a tractor (K-700) from the 60's!  That makes no sense.  

If you believe the Azovs are already fuel efficient enough and the extra fuel efficiency from the multipurpose gearbox will be OP, then give them a custom multipurpose gearbox, keep the gear ratios the same as the Kolob multipurpose gearbox, and make the efficiency the same as the advanced special or something like that.
