Region set in Hokkaido, Japan

I think a region set in japan would be pretty cool, the main tasks could be clearing up after an earthquake and bulding some sort of factory (either car factory or some high-tech robotic stuff) it would be set in spring with costal maps, snow up on the mountains and a warmer climate down by the coast. Down below are some quick sketches for map ideas.

Here is a map idea as you can see, the landslide are would be pretty hard to pass terrain with houses and other stuff buried here and there, contracts related to this would be to clear rubble, provide safe passages out of the area and provide support to people that lived there before and stuff

Here is another map idea, the destoryed city would need to be rebuilt and stuff, the factory wouldn't have been affected by the earthquake and is just a factory that you need to build (either car factory or some high-tech stuff)

For trucks you could have a Izuzu 8x8 truck, a bigger 4x4 mitsubishi truck and a Toyota Hilux of some sort
