Custom color picker improvement

The latest update brought the ability to create custom paint colors but immediately I thought of a way it could be improved. 

Currently when you want to create a custom color it starts you dead center of the RGB spectrum every time and you have to scroll up or down manually to change the color. 

What would be better is if players could highlight a default color or color scheme and press a button to customize it rather than starting from scratch. 

So basically you have the option to choose the default color or color scheme that is closest to the custom color you want and then customize it.
