This is that "tractor" some people are talking about that is from Mudrunner The Ridge DLC. This tractoe would be best used as a Forwarder for pulling things kind of  like the brand new Sleiter MFK-816 "Elephant" and the Ottawa Commando 4x2 which is a duel-use vehicle found at ports and shipyards, the airport and even automotive plants and even Stoughton Trailers for moving the Semi-Trailers to the storage lots. (See Link for Photo and INFO). The Ottawa was also used as alternate Fire Apperati and was made by Beck Fire Apperatus before going defunct and bankrupt in 1992.
