Character interaction

Enable the character to be able to get out of the vehicle and walk around, being able to maybe reconnoiter the ground ahead before sending a vehicle headlong into a problem.
This will also enable a character to disembark from one vehicle and hop into another near it, instead of going through the functions menu or map menu.
Just a thought, probably already suggested, sorry if it has.
