Audio randomly cuts out and back in throughout the menus, gameplay, cinematics, everything.

Steps I've taken to try and diagnose this:
Verified game files
Disabled in-game overlays from Epic and Steam
Ran as Administrator
Restarted Modem/Router
Restarted PC
Verified Audio drivers are up to date
Verified GPU drivers are up to date
Verified CPU drivers are up to date
Configured the Audio drivers to all possible combinations
Configured in-game settings to lowest possible and highest performing possible
Configured Windows sound settings to all possible hz and channels for compatibility
Disabled background additional audio services
Disabled all other possible windows running in tandem
Disabled all processes in Windows except the game
Verified direct x drivers
Verified no Windows updates to be done
