When playing the PvE co op mode, my health bar was visually at 0 ish but I wasn't downed. After this, any time I ADS'd, my character would lie on the floor in the downed animation but not downed state. Then when I moved my character, he would move at the correct speeds depending on sprint etc, but he would be flipping between standing and downed in a weird animation. If I pressed dodge, it would reset back to normal, until I ADS'd again.
I wasn't communicating with team mates but I believe it was only a visual bug on my side, as they didn't seem to act any differently when it happened.
The bug still continued after multiple heals. It only stopped after mission completion.
