While running a matchmade operation (the inferno one, if it matters), after the victory screen I was told it disconnected, then was sent back to the last stage of the operation, this time with two bots. I completed the operation again, and then it again went to a victory screen, and then loaded right back to the operation. I again completed the operation (what can I say, I like toasting xenos), and this time after the victory screen I was stuck in loading the game logic for... well, indefinitely.
