I unlocked the whole "black templars" package in the heraldry screen. I wore the helmet and the emblems on both knees and shoulders in online games, both operations and Eternal War. Now today when I logged on, the black templars items are all locked and the helmet has been removed from my character. The emblems however are still on the character, but are still locked for me to put on a different class. The currency used for the unlock is still gone
