I noticed that sometimes a terminus level enemy won't drop their Armoury Data even when defeated in two separate missions on separate difficulties, I cannot say if this effects all terminus level enemies but it has happened to me twice so far while encountering hellbrutes. One of the instances was around midnight yesterday (GMT+1), the other around 9am (GMT+1).
