TThis happend when the game first came out and I played for a couple of hours and decided to do all armory points at once, Big mistake. After finishing all challenges, I upgradet my charakter and closed the game. When I returned the challenges staid completed but I didn't have any of my rewards and my progress was resetet to before finishing the challenges. I've tried reinstalling, deleting user data and resetting the campaign. 

I would really like to play the game but in the current state its really hard.
