​Changing display mode from borderless windowed to fullscreen causes screen flickering in battle barge area as well as across all menu screens (loadout, armory, esc, tab, main menu). Enabling VRR didn't solve the problem. Switching to borderless fixes it. The thing is, I have to use fullscreen to change resolution from 4K to 1440p to get better FPS in PvP. I didn't care for it in campaign, but now it's actually needed.

I turned off G-SYNC in Nvidia Control panel - that seemed to fix the flickering.
