​​It's been happening to me that every time I try to play, after the update, the game's textures won't load. They look really bad, and it feels like I'm playing on an old PC. This didn't happen before, as my boyfriend bought the game a while ago and everything was working fine until the update. They won't load for him either. We've tried several things users have told us, such as clearing the shader cache and pressing Alt + Enter, but none of that really fixes it. It certainly worked the first time, but after that, it started to look awful again. I've attached photos so you can see what's going on. I'd really appreciate your help. I love this game, but playing it with those textures makes me want to keep playing.
