After playing sm2 today after the update i uninstalled the game after playing 3 missions. Firstly i am playing on xbox so i am talking about my experience on that perspective. Firstly the game framerate and connectivity are hand in hand terrible at this moment in time and just seems to get worse after each update i am waiting longer to play the game than actually playing the game itself. After finishing a mission when i go to start another nothing loads then i cancel the mission then message pops up saying i have no connection go back to title menu and i do log back in same message pop ups then i have to completely close my game restart then log back in and hope it works this is actually a process now every time. Also not to say this with any offence i am questioning the decisions you have made when it comes to the game. The new prestige system for pve that you have is honestly just a lazy way in making players replay same missions over and over again which is boring as f**k i don't want to a play with a deep rock galactic prestige system thank you there is a reason that game is not being played or taken seriously and not to mention when you prestige your class you have none of your class perks and have to get them back again which is just dumb what is the point in going back to lower difficulties while having max level weapons? You should not lose your perks when you prestige to unlock prestige perks it is honestly idiotic. And how have you not added fov settings for console and only for pc it should be added for pve at least and you need to add a voting system for the end of the mission to remain as a squad or not i am sick of the loading screens. Secondly cosmetics oh my god....why are you restricting the creativity for example i noticed the dark angels gauntlets forearms and elbow trims are now just gold and cannot be changed besides the hands...why? Also why are the armor pieces for chaos marines on pvp are still only restricted to pvp only. They should be on pve as well i know for a fact that there are players who are chaos marine fans like my actual brother who would love to use chaos marine armor in pve. You want to start making sm3 you should probably should focus more on refining sm2 for sm3 especially the amount of issues you are having right now. So for me personally i am gonna put sm2 on bench until some of the issues or hopefully everything i said on here is resolved.

You know, I see some people say this, and while I'm not technically saying that I'm ignoring everything you're saying because of it, it's kind of a ridiculous complaint in reality.

It's notably different to add an FOV slider to consoles, there is a reason that it can be done on PC but can't be done or as easily done on consoles. FOV changes impact performance, on console, they're required to try to target a certain framerate consistency/experience. Since you don't have access to the same graphical tuning options on consoles, they can't really implement it, because certain older consoles would take a hit based on what you are able to set and there isn't a direct way to put it back in the hands of the player to adjust settings themselves, as PC can.

As much as it sucks, and yeah, I get everyone wants to have it, it's not the same, and you need to accept that reality.

Similarly, while yes, I do agree the game has a lot of loading screens, and that part of the experiences isn't great, the other things you are complaining about, like the chaos marines things, they have given reason after reason that they can't do it, lore, scope, restrictions of what games workshop will even allow, and so on.

Point is, while I can understand some of your frustrations, and believe me some of them are rough areas of the game, a lot of them are unrealistic to change and you should accept that. Otherwise, yes, stop playing then, but, your choice. I think there is still plenty of fun here if you can accept it and move on.

I guarantee not everything you said will ever be resolved, because not all of it is realistic to begin with
