Ammo perk 100% more ammo reserves
range damage perk plus 25% more range damage.
Just two perks and look the heavy can do what he is meant to do
gun stuff down

Considering the purpose of the heavy you'd expect a Prestige perk to do with:

- Weapon accuracy

- Rate of fire

- Reduced weapon overheating

- Ranged damage

And the ammo return one we get is from melee kills, not ranged ones. I don't think there are going to be any major changes to Prestige perks though unfortunately.

Yeah unfortunately I also don't think Prestige Perks will get a massive overhaul since they are recurring on different classes and only a few are unique Class Ability-based.

So far, the classes that are given the best Prestige Perks are:

  1. Tactical
  2. Bulwark
  3. Sniper

Kinda okay Prestige Perks:

  1. Vanguard

Bad Prestige Perks:

  1. Assault
  2. Heavy

I guess we gonna wait for Space Marine 3 then, hopefully we see Sa'kan and Malum Caedo for Easter Eggs.massive.png

That idea only seems beneficial for players who use a specific weapon type.

So in my opinion, it might not be necessary to change it at all.

Would it be okay if I suggested a better alternative? Instead of making it a prestige perk, just make it a base weapon trait.

20% reload speed can also have added effects like 20% less heat generated or +20% venting speed for overheating guns (no reload guns).
