The reset option added in the last update isn't sufficient, please add a full delete option.

When you consider that custom chapter sets inherit some visuals of the base chapter from which they were created, not being able to delete chapter sets can be pretty frustrating. Once a set is created, it is forever locked to the chapter you created with, even if you delete all the custom rules. I don't know of a similar issue with armour sets, but not being able to delete these feels like an obvious oversight as well.
