​Coming up to a fortnight now with no response or action taken about the loss of progress for players, this is unacceptable at least roll the patch back so we can play. This is becoming Fallout 76 all over again, if you're in Australia it is time to demand your money back from the retailer who sold you this game and if they refuse contact the ACCC and let them deal with the companies peddling this faulty unmaintained trash

I'm feeling the same. 

Since the patch I can't launch the game without it crashing before it gets to the menu.

I lodged a stability issue but there is no response at all from support.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a game.
