Please, How is it possible that if I want to spec the chainsword in a specific way with the Bulwark, I then find the same spec tree applied to the Vanguard, the Assault marine, or the Tactical Marine? What does it take to create a differentiated setup for each class?

I want to have a specific tree for the chainsword tailored to the Tactical Marine, which might not be the same for the Bulwark or other classes. This applies to all weapons, not just melee ones. 

This is directed at Saber developers.. come on, seriously.
